We are pleased to advise that the next UNSW Aviation seminar will be held on Thursday, 8 September at 3pm.
The seminar is open to both industry-based and university personnel. The seminar will focus on airline marketing. Jin-Woo Park, who recently completed his PhD thesis relating to marketing variables on airline service quality, will present an overview of his research results as well as provide an insight into the prediction of passenger's future behavioural intentions regarding airline choice.
VENUE: the Red Centre (MO32) on lower campus, at the University of New South Wales. UNSW is located on Anzac Parade at Kensington. The campus is easily accessible from both the Sydney CBD and Sydney airport. Jin Woo Park graduated from In-Ha University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2000 with a Master of Business Administration in Aviation degree,
respectively. During and after graduated school, he worked for US Airways' Flight Training Department and Skyway Airlines' Safety Department. He has received a PhD degree at the department of aviation from the University of New South Wales in August 2005. His research area is about airline marketing and passengers' choice behaviour and the PhD thesis topic is "Modelling the Impact of Marketing Variables on Airline Service Quality and Passengers' Future Behavioural Intentions."
