Graduation Procedures for Undergraduate Students
If you have completed the program requirements and wish to graduate in the next round graduation, please submit a potential graduand form and a copy of your transcript (academic statement) to the UNSW Aviation office for processing. Potential graduand forms are available outside the UNSW Aviation office. Completed graduand forms are mailed or faxed back to the UNSW Aviation office. Emailed forms will not be accepted. Students that have WD and/or LE grades must contact the relevant schools/course coordinators and have them cleared before submitting the potential graduand form.
Note: WD and/or LE grades will block you from graduating even after the graduation is processed.
